3. Product Information & Availability

• Product descriptions, images, prices, and availability are provided on the Site for reference. We strive to ensure accuracy but do not guarantee that all information is error-free.
• Prices are listed in USD and do not include sales tax (handled separately per local regulations).
• Products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or cancel orders if items are out of stock or due to pricing errors.

4. Order Placement & Confirmation

• You may place orders via "Add to Cart" + Checkout or "Buy it Now" (see Payment Policy for details).
• Order confirmation is sent via email after successful payment. We reserve the right to reject or cancel orders for reasons including but not limited to: invalid payment, incorrect product information, or suspected fraud.
• You are responsible for reviewing order details (product, quantity, shipping address) before submitting payment.

5. Payment Terms

• We only accept PayPal as the payment method (see Payment Policy for full process).
• Payment must be completed at the time of order. Unpaid orders will not be processed or shipped.
• You are responsible for ensuring sufficient funds or valid payment methods linked to your PayPal account.

6. Shipping & Delivery

• Shipping is available to the Continental U.S., Alaska, and Hawaii (see Shipping Policy for details).
• Delivery times are estimated and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party carriers, weather, or other external factors.
• You are responsible for providing a correct and deliverable shipping address. Undeliverable packages due to incorrect information may result in reprocessing or restocking fees.

7. Returns & Exchanges

• Eligible returns/exchanges are accepted within 30 calendar days of delivery (see Return & Exchange Policy for details).
• Products must be unused, in original condition, and with intact packaging to qualify.
• Free return shipping is provided for eligible items. Refunds are processed via PayPal within 5-7 business days after inspection.

8. Limitation of Liability

• Wownk is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Site or purchase of products (including but not limited to product damage, delivery delays, or loss of use).
• Our liability for any claim related to products or services is limited to the purchase price of the affected product.

9. Intellectual Property

• All content on the Site (product images, descriptions, logos, text) is the property of Wownk or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws.
• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use any content without prior written permission.
