2.1 "Add to Cart" + Checkout Process

1. Add Products to Cart: Browse the site and click "Add to Cart" for each glasses case you wish to purchase.
2. View Cart & Proceed to Checkout: Click the cart icon in the top navigation bar to review your selected items (adjust quantities or remove items if needed), then click "Proceed to Checkout".
3. Enter Shipping Information: Fill in your valid shipping address (in compliance with our Shipping Policy) and confirm the details.
4. Select Payment Method: Choose "PayPal" as your payment method on the payment page.
5. Redirect to PayPal: You will be securely redirected to PayPal’s official website to complete the transaction.
6. Payment Confirmation: Log in to your PayPal account (or use PayPal Guest Checkout without an account) and follow PayPal’s prompts to confirm the total amount and authorize the payment.
7. Order Confirmation: After successful payment, you will be redirected back to Wownk’s website. We will also send an order confirmation email to your registered email address (matching your PayPal email or the one provided during checkout).

2.2 "Pay With PayPal" Direct Purchase Process

1. Clicking the "Pay with PayPal" button on the product page will take you directly to the PayPal checkout interface, bypassing the shopping cart and our website's checkout form.

   On the PayPal page:

   1. Log in to your account or use guest checkout;

   2. Review the order total and shipping address;

   3. Authorize the payment.

   Once the payment is completed successfully, you will be redirected back to the Wownk website, and an order confirmation email will be sent to the email address associated with your PayPal account.

3. Payment Security

• All payment transactions (whether via "Add to Cart" or "Buy it Now") are processed through PayPal’s secure platform, which uses industry-standard encryption technology (including SSL) to protect your payment information.
• Wownk does not collect, store, or access your PayPal account details, credit card information, or other sensitive payment data. Your payment information is solely managed by PayPal in accordance with its privacy and security policies.
• PayPal’s fraud protection measures help safeguard both buyers and sellers, ensuring a secure transaction experience regardless of the order placement method.

4. Payment Verification & Order Processing

• Orders (from both "Add to Cart" and "Buy it Now") will only be processed after PayPal confirms successful payment. Payment verification typically takes a few minutes, but may take up to 24 business hours in rare cases (e.g., network delays, account verification requirements).
• If your payment is pending, declined, or refunded by PayPal, your order will not be processed or shipped. We will notify you via email if there is an issue with your payment, and you may need to reinitiate the payment (through your original order placement method) or resolve the issue through PayPal.

5. Refunds & Disputes

• Refunds for eligible returns or cancellations (regardless of order placement method) will be processed through PayPal. Once we initiate the refund, the funds will be credited back to your original payment source (PayPal balance, credit card, or bank account) within 5-7 business days.
• For payment disputes (e.g., unauthorized transactions, payment errors), please contact PayPal’s customer support directly to resolve the issue, as Wownk has no access to your PayPal account or transaction details.

6. Important Notes

• Ensure that your PayPal account has sufficient funds or a valid linked payment method (credit card, debit card, or bank account) to complete the transaction, regardless of whether you use "Add to Cart" or "Buy it Now".
• The billing address associated with your PayPal account must be consistent with the shipping information provided during checkout to avoid payment delays or declines.
• If you encounter technical issues during the payment process (for either order placement method), please clear your browser cache, try a different browser, or contact PayPal support for assistance.
• "Buy it Now" is designed for single-item purchases; for multiple items, we recommend using "Add to Cart" to consolidate your order and simplify tracking.
