Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays). Orders placed after 2:00 PM PST will be processed on the next business day.

We currently offer shipping to the Continental U.S., Alaska, and Hawaii. Shipping is not available to international destinations (including Canada, Mexico, Europe, Asia, etc.), U.S. territories (e.g., Puerto Rico, Guam), APO/FPO addresses, or PO Boxes.

We only provide Standard Shipping for all eligible orders. Delivery time for Standard Shipping is 3-7 business days (estimated from the date of order fulfillment, not order placement; weekends and holidays are excluded). Shipping cost for Standard Shipping is free for orders with a total value of $15 USD or more (before sales tax), and $3.99 USD for orders with a total value below $15 USD. Actual delivery may be delayed due to weather, carrier disruptions, or customs processing (for Alaska/Hawaii).

Free Standard Shipping applies to orders shipped to the Continental U.S., Alaska, or Hawaii with a total value of $15 USD or more (before sales tax). No promo code is required. Orders with a total value below $15 USD will be charged a flat Standard Shipping fee of $3.99 USD.

All product prices on Wownk already include applicable taxes (excluding sales tax), so no additional hidden fees for product-related taxes will be charged upon checkout. In compliance with U.S. state and local tax regulations, sales tax is calculated based on your shipping address and will be automatically added to the order total at checkout. For Continental U.S. orders, no additional customs duties are applicable. For Alaska and Hawaii orders, any customs fees or import duties imposed by the destination region are the sole responsibility of the customer, and Wownk is not liable for any unexpected fees incurred during delivery.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your package through the carrier’s website (e.g., USPS) using the provided tracking information.

Wownk is not responsible for delays caused by external factors (e.g., carrier errors, weather events, customs holds). We do not guarantee delivery dates, only estimated timeframes. Undeliverable packages due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer will be subject to reprocessing or restocking fees, so please verify your shipping details before placing an order.
